What do I do when I have more than one PIN Number? You go to the account login page and on the right hand side you enter your pin numbers. Click on the "Enter Additional Pin" link for each additional pin you have and then click the submit button. This will then direct you to a page where on the left hand side you will create an account if you do not have one or log in to your existing account on the right hand side.

What if I lose my pin number before I set-up my account? Please give us a call at (717) 675-2056 and we can reissue one.
Who will be able to see my photos online? Your photos will only be able to be viewed by someone who has set-up an account using your pin number. This is why we emphasize keeping your pin number safe and secure, and strongly urge that you DO NOT give your pin number to anyone.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
Is my credit card information safe? The website is totally secure. Credit card information is used per order and your credit card information is not stored on the site.
How long will my pictures be online to order? Pictures will be online until a few weeks after the end of the sport season.
Can I order pictures after they have been removed? If, in the future, you would like to purchase archived photos, we will be able to retrieve them for you at an additional cost. Please contact us at (717) 675-2056 or support@highschoolpicsusa.com to have us unarchive the photos.
