What do I do when I have more than one PIN Number? Log into your account and then on the right hand side there will be a text box for you to enter each pin number you have. If you do not have an account, click Create Account and enter your pin number in the PIN field and file out the remainder of the form. If you have mutlple pin numbers, click on the "Enter Additional Pin" link for each additional pin you have. (Multiple pin numbers pertain to a player in multiple sports and/or siblings.)

What if I lose my pin number before I set-up my account? Ask your coach for the pin number or contact us at at (717) 675-2056 or support@highschoolpicsusa.com.
I want my friends to see my pictures online, how do I do this? We strongly urge that you do NOT give your pin number to anyone without your parent or guardian’s permission.
What if I want to give my grandparents access to my website? We want to assure your privacy. Pin numbers should NEVER be given out to anyone without your parent or guardian’s permission. With your parent or guardian’s permission, your pin number can be given to your grandparents to set-up an account where they can view and order your photos.
Who will be able to see my photos online? Your photos will only be able to be viewed by someone who has set-up an account using your sports pin number. This is why we emphasize keeping your pin number safe and secure, and strongly urge that you DO NOT give your pin number to anyone without your parent or guardian’s permission. Your high school will also be given access to all team photos.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
Is my credit card information safe? The website is totally secure. Credit card information is used per order and your credit card information is not stored on the site.
Will names appear on the team photo? Names will appear on the 8" x 10" team photo. Any team photos smaller than 8" x 10" will NOT include names. If your name was spelled incorrectly on the pin letter supplied to you after the photo shoot, please contact us at (717) 675-2056 or support@highschoolpicsusa.com to let us know since this is how your name will be spelled on the team photo.
How long will my pictures be online to order? Pictures will be online for a few years. If they are not listed online, please contact us at (717) 675-2056 or support@highschoolpicsusa.com to let us know your are interested in ordering old pictures.
Will I be charged for old or archived pictures? All photos within the current season and one previous season will be availbe to order at no additional charge. Two seasons or more past, you will be charged a small unarchival fee per order for orders that include an archived picture.
